Job Purpose:

perform all the required reverse engineering on the molds and make the required fabrication to keep the molds running at the highest efficiency and free of defects as well as maintain the TR machinery as per the manufacturer's recommendation. And report directly to the TR supervisor.

Major Project:

• Ability to speak and write English.
• Minimum 1 experience required in laser welding
• Minimum 4 experience required in CAD CAM
• Minimum 3 experience required in EDM
• Certified software (Mastercam. Solid works)
• Certified in CNC machinist
• Must be an expert on Master Cam 2d &3d
• basic knowledge of the mold component and repair
• Ability to create a drawing with existing or damaged component.
• Reading and interpreting blueprints and mechanical drawings
• Operating the CNC machine & EDM machine to achieve the fabrication the mold component
•  Ensure compliance with appropriate Health, Safety, Quality & Environmental standards, policies, and procedures.
• Communication, Ability to interact with various stakeholders
